Paul Rusesabagina, the real life hero of the acclaimed film Hotel Rwanda will speak at William Mitchell College of Law

Mr. Rusesabagina received the 2005 Presidential Medal of Freedom and 2011 Lantos Human Rights Prize.
Rusesabagina served as manager of the Hotel des Mille Collines in Kigali and bravely risked his life to shelter Hutus and Tutsis seeking refuge from the genocide that killed more than 800,000 people during a 100-day period in 1994.
Mr. Rusesabagina is currently the president and founder of the Hotel Rwanda Rusesabagina Foundation and tours the world speaking about social justice, human rights activism, and the lessons learned from
the Rwandan genocide.
